As of April, we've rolled out an update to our membership management system that grants hosts further insights, as well as more control over cancelations.
Now, community members that enrolled in a membership need to submit a cancelation request to community hosts before the membership is canceled. This provides churn feedback to hosts, and opens an opportunity to offer discounts, special plans and more to attendees that would otherwise cancel their plans immediately with no other alternatives.
These requests are sent to hosts via their registered email, displaying details on the member, the membership, the feedback they provided and an option to access the Dashboard and manage the request.

There's big news to all our data-driven community hosts in the platform: Our Community Overview page is now live!

This page breaks down many engagement points from your community, including follower growth, revenue sources, your top events, frequent members and more! Use this data to fine tune future experiences within your community and easily distinguish what's working and what needs improvement.

We're launching an exciting update to our discover page today: The new experience map!
While looking for events in the desktop version of Sweatpals, you can click on the Map button to zoom out and look at where events are being hosted with a full map.

Experiences will show up as pins in the map, and details on each experience are visible in the sidebar.
We have a small yet powerful update available for hosts. Our embed editor now lets you choose between redirecting attendees to your experience's checkout page or letting them view the details for it first!

With these options, you can streamline the checkout experience for your attendees. For more information on embedding content, check out our Help Center article!
Our team has a special update for data-driven hosts: The all new Reports feature!
This feature provides actionable insights on your community's data based on short prompts, which you can then download and keep for future reference.
You can get started through the Reports tab in your dashboard:

This feature is ideal for Gyms and Studios, allowing for quick and easy management of your community's transactions on the spot.

We have a small yet exciting new feature available for communities: A detailed view of attendees in your experience page!

You can now view who's joining an experience by scrolling down on any experience page, and clicking on the "View all" button. This will display a list of current attendees, and you can search through the list, follow new attendees and even check out communities you have in common!
